Data controller
Personal data is processed by AV Consulting, P. Vileišio g. 9, Vilnius 10308, Lithuania, +370 686 49 168, info@avcon.lt.
What data we collect
- Data you submit in the enquiry form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, sample type, purpose of testing and message.
- Any file you attach (e.g., a sample description or previous test results).
- Technical data used for spam protection: your IP address (stored only as a one-way hash) and the time of the request.
Why and on what legal basis we process data
- To answer your enquiry and send you a quote — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To protect the website against automated spam and abuse — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry correspondence for no longer than 2 years after the last contact if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for as long as required by law. IP addresses used for spam protection are kept for no longer than 24 hours.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. It may only be processed by service providers without whom the website could not operate:
- the website hosting and email service provider;
- Cloudflare, Inc. — the “Turnstile” bot protection tool, which evaluates technical browser and device signals when the form is submitted. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and other resources are loaded from our own server. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only near the enquiry form and is used solely for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability. Contact us at info@avcon.lt — we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
